At Dent52, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. However, due to the nature of dental services, refunds and returns are subject to the following guidelines.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: Patients who cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.
  • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): A cancellation fee may apply, and refunds will be issued at our discretion.
  • Missed Appointments (No-Show): No refunds will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice.

2. Refund Policy for Dental Services

As dental treatments are customized for each patient, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the treatment, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns.

We may consider adjustments or corrections for the following cases:

  • If the treatment did not meet the agreed-upon standard.
  • If a dental appliance (such as crowns, dentures, or aligners) is defective due to a manufacturing issue.

3. Returns & Exchanges for Dental Products

For dental products purchased from our clinic (e.g., oral hygiene kits, whitening kits):

  • Unused and Unopened Products: May be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging.
  • Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

4. Adjustments & Warranty for Dental Work

  • Some treatments, such as dentures, crowns, and veneers, may come with an adjustment period. If you experience discomfort or fit issues, we offer complimentary adjustments within [X] days of treatment.
  • If a dental restoration fails due to workmanship within [X] months, we may offer a replacement or corrective treatment at no extra cost.

5. How to Request a Refund or Adjustment
