Fuji II LC uses a dual glass ionomer–resin matrix that provides a triple‑cure effect: an initial acid‑base reaction, light curing and additional dark curing for secure, complete setting. This design gives high flexural strength, excellent adhesion to dentin, enamel and cementum and a tooth‑like thermal expansion, which helps minimize marginal leakage and post‑operative sensitivity. The material is moisture tolerant, easy to place and finish immediately after light curing, and continuously releases, then recharges, fluoride to help protect high‑risk patients.
